Special processes

and production control

Surveillance of welding processes: Supervision of welding processes: our Welding Technologist and Welding Inspector, IWT-IWI, are the professional figures tasked with managing and controlling the welding process through production and control plans defined, implemented and monitored in accordance with set requirements. Reference standard: UNI EN ISO 14731.

Welding processes: compliant with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 15614-1, EN ISO 15614-2, EN ISO 14555 and with codes AWS D1.2/D1.2M, AWS D1.1/D1.1M, AWS D1.6/ D1.6M.

Qualification of welders/ operators: in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9606-1, 9906-2, EN ISO 14732, AWS D1.1 / D1.1M

Non-Destructive Tests (NDT): carried out in compliance with the relative European/ International methods and standards by personnel certified in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9712.

Dimensional checks: carried out in accordance with the customer’s specifications and/ or with the applicable regulations/standards.
