Our machinery includes bending machines for light metalwork and windows and doors, also suitable for the production of façade panels.
- We bend with a maximum power of 300t and a maximum length of 8050mm with the Gade bending machine.
- We bend with a maximum power of 250t and a maximum length of 6200mm with the VICLA bending machine.

Schroder Power Bend Industrial
Metal box production
The Schroder Power Bend Industrial panelling machine is an automatic variable blade machine that can bend steel thicknesses of up to 5 mm with a working range of 4040 x 2000 mm.
It is the sturdiest of its type; the upper bar has a stroke of 650 mm, allowing the production of box sections with a maximum height of 300 mm.

Preliminary verification of metal parts
The XLT Bend panelling machine is an automatic machine whose 3D simulator allows real time verification if the piece is feasible already in the design stage.. Its working range is 4060 x 2000 mm for a maximum steel thickness of 2.5 mm and a maximum box section height of 250 mm.

With the multi-roller rolling press we can obtain cylindrical and conical sheets.
